Friends, we invite you to join us for another healing evening of sound.
Please plan to arrive between 6:30 and 7:00pm. At 7 we will share any intentions we bring to the event. The sound healing with live instruments will begin at 7:15pm. Reyna Namaste and Ben Diamond will weave a beautiful sound journey for you which will offer release, restoration, and reconnection.
Attendees of sound healings report many different experiences including feelings of deep peace and relaxation, floating, time slowing down, seeing pictures and images in their mind, connecting with past memories, and sometimes simply falling asleep! On an energetic level, it is also possible for the sounds to release negative and stored emotions, tension, and pain which may be uncomfortable. We encourage everyone to come with an open mind and allow your body to release whatever surfaces in a safe and welcoming space.
